“Can do” attitude!

Earlier this year, my wife and I decided to downsize and simplify our lives. We had lived in our previous home for 20+ years. We interviewed 2 realtors and were not impressed.

A good friend and neighbor suggested Annie Cefaratti. She had purchased her home through her and was quite satisfied with the results. I called Annie and made an appointment for her to look at our situation. She arrived promptly then my wife and I showed her our home. Annie asked a lot of questions and made several suggestions. She gave us her background and qualifications. Annie has and energy about her that is contagious. She clearly has a “can-do” attitude that reflects her desire to succeed. She knew the Reston market and had a plan to maximize traffic to our townhouse. My wife and I knew we found the right realtor. Annie gave us a list of things to do to get the townhouse ready for sale and we did them all. ln short order we had traffic through the house. After a couple of open houses we had an offer and Annie handled the negotiations quickly and professionally. We got what we were looking for and sealed the deal!

ln the meantime, Annie had been showing us other listings for our next home.We found a beautiful condo and Annie saw us through a difficult negotiation. We purchased our present home at a bargain price and we could not be happier.

I can say that Annie saw us through both processes and held our hands to make sure we understood what was going on and protected us like a mother hen. We spoke with Annie at least a couple of times a day and she was enthusiastic EVERY time she took our calls. ln short she took difficult and complicated transactions and executed them smoothly, keeping us in the loop at all times.

Clearly Annie is our realtor for life. We recommend her without reservation.

GOOD LUCK!
